If you’re experiencing a problem with one of our services or have any questions when using a product, please email us at info@atspromotions.info  We will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.

Our support service extends to server issues and the setup of your account. 
The answers to your questions relating to software on your computer and "how to" will be provided at our standard training rates. ($35.00 per hour or part thereof.)  This will be charged to your credit card.
